别再丢人现眼了

这几天连续翻文章，以我目前的水平身心上都很吃力，所以想偷懒于是上网浏览有关世界杯的新闻，无意中发现CCAV又跑出去丢人，一不忍心將中文网页翻译成英文算是今天的作业吧。还是依照国际惯例貼原文+翻译。
